Selman Breitman Welcomes New Associates

Selman Breitman has recently welcomed several new Associate attorneys.

Nolan Theurer joined our Insurance team in San Francisco, handling coverage disputes arising from construction defect claims, negligence, bad faith, and premises liability.  Nolan earned his B.A. from UC Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.

Kaitlin Preston is working with the Insurance, Construction, and Equine Law practice groups in our San Diego office. She has considerable experience in litigation, particularly in the representation of banks and financial institutions. A graduate of the University of Redlands (Psychology), Kaitlin earned her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Our Insurance team in Los Angeles welcomes Ashley Wubben. She is handling  coverage-related disputes arising out of premises liability, breach of contract, personal injury, and intellectual property. While working toward her J.D. at Marquette University Law School (cum laude), she worked as a judicial intern, served as the Editor-in-Chief of Marquette’s Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review, and worked as an assistant professor teaching Torts and Property Law courses to first-year law students. Ashley holds a B.A. (Political Science) from California State University, Northridge.

Our Pacific Northwest team continues its growth with the addition of two Associates. Gordon White brings his experience in coverage litigation to our Insurance and Commercial Litigation practice groups. While at Duke University School of Law, he held leadership roles in and helped to develop multiple student organizations providing volunteer legal assistance. He received the Class of 2012's Pro Bono Award for this work. Gordon earned his B.A. from New York University (Anthropology, summa cum laude).

Prior to joining our firm, Sang Oh worked as a trial attorney for insurance companies, managing a case load of more than 200 files from inception through resolution. While working toward his J.D. at Seattle University School of Law, he was the recipient of the Presidential Law Scholarship for all three years. Sang is a cum laude graduate from Washington State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
