Selman Breitman Welcomes Michael Carey and Daniel Heath as Associates
Michael J. Carey has joined the firm's Toxic Tort/Environmental and General Liability practices in the Orange County office. He has extensive experience handling a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including cases involving real estate, intellectual property, toxic tort, products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, bankruptcy, and family law. A graduate of Villanova University, Michael earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He received several academic awards, including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and cum laude honors.
Daniel C. Heath has joined the Seattle office as a member of the firm’s Insurance, Commercial Litigation, and General Liability practice groups. Dan represents insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes. He also has experience in representing parties in disputes that involve complex liability issues. Originally from Palo Alto, California, Dan did his undergraduate work at the University of Richmond in Virginia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was the recipient of several academic honors.
