Peter Mintzer to Present at Environmental Risk and PFAS Litigation Conference

Peter Mintzer, Managing Partner of Selman Breitman’s Pacific Northwest Group, will present at the Environmental Risk and PFAS Litigation Conference on Tuesday, June 14 in New York. Peter will participate in the Rough Justice – Superfund Allocations and Forensics panel. The panel will discuss topics including lessons learned from recent Superfund allocations; how forensics are used to inform the allocation position; and how to evaluate the return on investment related to exhaustive allocation defenses and detailed technical allocation evaluations. His fellow panelists include Adam H. Love, Ph.D., Vice President/Principal Scientist, Roux; Kieran J.
