Selman Leichenger Edson Hsu Newman & Moore LLP is pleased to recognize Partner Meka Moore following the inaugural Meka Moore Trailblazer Scholarship in Law & Risk, awarded by the NAAIA Los Angeles Chapter to Taylor Richardson.
The scholarship was established as part of the NAAIA Los Angeles Chapter’s first-ever scholarship initiative, which provided a total of $7,500 in scholarship funding to support students pursuing careers in the insurance industry.
Founded by Meka Moore, the NAAIA Los Angeles Chapter created the Meka Moore Trailblazer Scholarship in Law & Risk to provide law students with broader exposure to and access to opportunities within the insurance industry. The inaugural scholarship was awarded to Taylor Richardson, recognizing her as the first recipient of an award that reflects Meka’s commitment to developing future leaders in insurance and law.
The scholarship initiative represents the chapter’s broader commitment to investing in the next generation of insurance professionals and creating opportunities for students to connect, contribute, and grow within the industry.
