Melina Kountouris Joins Selman Breitman's Insurance Practice in Los Angeles

Melina C. Kountouris is the newest Associate in the firm's Los Angeles office, and is working with the Insurance practice group. Her practice includes coverage-related matters involving first- and third-party cases arising from a variety of policies, including general liability, errors and omissions, and property-casualty. 

After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in English, Melina worked as an intern at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, then went on to earn her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While attending law school, she interned with the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office and the Consumer Law Section of the California Office of the Attorney General – Department of Justice. 

Melina is an active member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. She also holds a Patisserie & Baking Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
