Meka Moore Wins Dismissal of COVID-19 Insurance Coverage Case

Selman congratulates Partner Meka Moore on successfully defending Nationwide Insurance against COVID-19-related claims brought by a group of restaurants. Meka successfully argued that Nationwide properly relied upon a virus exclusion in the insurance policy, and the federal court for the Southern District in California agreed.
