Gregory Newman to Speak at 2015 Combined Claims Conference

Gregory Newman, Partner in Selman Breitman's Los Angeles Office, will be a featured speaker at the 2015 Combined Claims Conference held from March 10-13 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Mr. Newman will present with Scott Stewart, Claims Supervisor at Carl Warren & Company and others in a panel discussion entitled Contractual Indemnity -- The Subcontractor, G.C./Developer and Carrier Perspectives. This Liability session of the Conference will provide insight on litigation strategies and general course education on contractual indemnity, key statutes and insurance policy considerations.
