Construction Claims Magazine Publishes Article Co-Authored by Elaine Fresch
The Spring 2019 issue of CLM's Construction Claims magazine features an article entitled, "A Diverse Solution: Embracing New Approaches to Solve the Construction and Insurance Talent Crises." Selman Breitman Partner Elaine Fresch and co-authors Lisa Reyes, Wakako Uritani, and Dwight Geddes identify a number of reasons why the workforce in these industries is aging out faster than new workers are coming in, discuss how the lack of diversity is intertwined with this shortage, and offer some solutions to help reverse it.
