Kristina Fretwell to Speak at Insurance Law Year in Review

Senior Associate Kristina Fretwell will speak at Insurance Law: 2019 Year in Review on June 17, 2020. This lunchtime MCLE session is presented by the Insurance/Bad Faith Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association as part of its Continuing Legal Education program.

The panel will discuss developments in insurance law that occurred in 2019, including notable and consequential cases decided last year. Kristina and co-presenters Melanie McDonald and Eric Springe are lawyers with significant experience in insurance law, and will provide insight as to the possible impact of each of these developments on policyholders and insurers. The session will be moderated by Sharon Huerta, Esq.

Kristina is a Senior Associate in Selman Breitman's San Diego office. She handles complex insurance coverage and litigation, commercial litigation, and general liability matters.
