Elaine Fresch Speaks on Allocation of Defense and Indemnity at National Construction Defect Conference in Florida
Elaine K. Fresch was a featured speaker at the 2017 National Construction Defect Conference, presented by Perrin Conferences on November 15-17 at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale.
In a session entitled, "Coverage Wars: The Risk and Benefits of Insurers Allocating Defense and Indemnity to Others," the panel discussed the complex issues to be considered when contemplating this move, potential pitfalls, and best practices.
Elaine was joined by co-presenters Paul Amirata (Cranmore), Derrick Harris (San Francisco Reinsurance), and Ronald I. Kammer (Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP).
