Elaine Fresch to Speak at CLM's Diversity in Construction Educational Event in Atlanta
Elaine K. Fresch will be a moderator at CLM's Greater Atlanta Chapter Educational & Networking Event, to be held on May 3 in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Elaine, along with panelists Warren L. Williams, Tami Barber-Reedy, and Laura Paris Paton, will conduct a session entitled, "Diversity Challenges in the Construction Claims Industry and Strategies for Addressing Those Challenges."
Elaine manages Selman Breitman's Construction Defect practice, handling complex construction defect litigation cases. She also has an established Equine Law practice, and handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. Elaine is Co-Chair of CLM's Diversity in Construction Committee.
