Elaine Fresch to Discuss Catch and Kill Agreements at 2019 CLM Annual Conference
Partner Elaine Fresch will be a presenter at the 2019 CLM Annual Conference at the Orlando World Center Marriott on March 13-15.
Pandora's Box Got Opened – Catch and Kill Agreements Gone Awry, was inspired by media coverage of the Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal catch and kill and non-disclosure agreements. Elaine and co-presenters LaTonya Darby of RCM&D/SISCO, Valerie Edwards, of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and Matt McColley of Berkley Human Services will discuss the unique issues that may arise from such agreements.
