Elaine Fresch to be Faculty at CLM’s 2021 Claims College
Elaine Fresch, Managing Partner of the firm’s Construction Law practice as well as the firm’s Las Vegas office, will once again be faculty for the School of Construction at CLM’s 2021 Claims College taking place September 8-11 in Baltimore.
Created for industry professionals, by industry professionals, the CLM Claims College educates claims professionals so they can do their current jobs better and gain the knowledge they need to advance their careers. Professionals can choose from studies in several specialty schools. Students who successfully complete all three levels of a school earn their CCP (Certified Claims Professional) designation. Level 1 of all three-level schools will be offered virtually. Levels 2 and 3 and all one-level schools will be held in person.
CLM is dedicated to meeting the professional development needs of the claims and litigation management profession. Since 2007, CLM has provided their growing membership of over 50,000 professionals with opportunities to expand their knowledge, build their personal brand, and advance their careers through continuing education programs, networking events, industry resources, and designations. Elaine is a member of CLM’s Construction Advisory Board and is a Co-Chair of CLM’s Diversity in Construction Litigation Committee. She has been invited to speak at numerous seminars sponsored by such organizations as CLM, West Coast Casualty, Perrin, and DRI on a variety of topics related to the construction industry and the defense of construction defect cases. She is also a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. For her contributions to the construction industry, Elaine has been honored with the Syhre Award.
