Elaine Fresch and Sheryl Leichenger to Speak at CLM New York Conference
Two Selman Breitman Partners will speak at CLM's New York Conference, to be held on December 5, 2019, at the Westin New York Time Square Hotel.
Elaine Fresch will participate in a panel discussion entitled, "Torn Between Two Clients: How to Address Issues Between the Carrier, Defense Counsel and Corporate Counsel." Joining her on the panel will be John Earwood (Plygem Industries), Ray Wiesse (GB Construction-Division of Gallagher Bassett), and Jay Sever (Phelps Dunbar LLP). Sheryl Leichenger's session is entitled, "Test Your Skills on Some of the Most Challenging Coverage Scenarios." Her co-panelists are Carolyn Crawford (Nationwide Insurance Co.), Amy Thomas (Vela Insurance), and Jill Endicott (Dinsmore Shohl).
The Managing Partner of Selman Breitman's Construction Defect Coverage team in California, Sheryl Leichenger has been recognized for her vast experience representing insurers in complex coverage disputes and coverage litigation. Elaine Fresch heads up the firm's Construction and Equine practice groups. Her practice includes construction defect litigation, representing developers and general contractors, as well as all types of subcontractors and construction product manufacturers. She is on the faculty of CLM Construction, a member of CLM's Construction Advisory Board, and Co-Chair of CLM's Diversity in Construction Litigation Committee.
