Brockman and Mintzer to Speak at the 2017 FETTI Conference

Partners Elizabeth Brockman and Peter Mintzer will speak at the 24th annual conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI). The event will be held at the Union League Club of Chicago on October 4-6, 2017.

Peter and Elizabeth will conduct a session entitled, "Claims Arising from Agricultural, Livestock and Dairy Operations: Challenges for Insurers." They will discuss typical claims scenarios that arise in these areas, as well as key coverage issues and relevant case law.

FETTI is held annually in the Chicago area, and features nationally-recognized speakers presenting informative and provocative programs to enhance members' understanding of complex and dynamic environmental and toxic tort issues. For more information, please visit the event page.

Elizabeth (Los Angeles) routinely counsels and represents insurance companies in coverage disputes in a wide variety of areas, including environmental pollution, toxic torts, cyber liability, fidelity, and medical products, many of which include extracontractual claims. Peter (Seattle/Portland) is the Managing Partner of the firm's Pacific Northwest Group and represents insurers in complex insurance coverage matters, particularly in the areas of environmental, toxic torts, construction defect, product defect, general liability and professional liability matters. Peter also represents businesses and governmental entities in product liability, construction defect, environmental, class action, professional liability and toxic exposure matters.
