Scott Draper is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice group. He represents insurance carriers, corporations, small businesses, and individuals in personal injury lawsuits and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, including cases arising out of catastrophic injury. He also has experience representing businesses, professionals, and individuals in disputes that involve premises liability, toxic tort, breach of contract, commercial litigation, appeals, and workers’ compensation.

Scott works closely with clients to achieve the most favorable outcome in an expeditious and efficient manner, whether that involves early settlement, filing dispositive motions, or bringing the case to trial. 

Married with two children, Scott and his family reside in Orange County. He is fluent in Spanish.
