Oscar Lopez is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability and Trucking & Transportation practice groups.  He represents individuals, small businesses, and corporations in litigated and non-litigated personal injury disputes, including cases arising out of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Oscar’s clients include individuals, insurance carriers, and rideshare technology companies. He also has experience in representing landowners and business owners in disputes involving catastrophic injuries.

Oscar’s considerable experience in General Liability enables him to evaluate complex cases to provide case-specific advice always focused on client representation  He works closely with insureds, claims representatives, and General Counsel to create and execute cost-effective strategies to bring a case to resolution, whether it be by dispositive motion practice, settlement, or trial,to best serve his client’s interests. 

Originally from Southern California, Oscar presently resides in the Los Angeles area.  When not helping clients with their legal needs he enjoys spending his time at the beach with his two dogs, spending time with family, and traveling.
