His clients include contractors, distributors, manufacturers, premises owners and public entities in environmental disputes, including cases arising out of asbestos and benzene exposure. His clients also include automotive manufacturers, commercial construction companies and utility companies.  Prior to joining Selman Breitman, Michael spent nearly a decade representing his clients in a variety of civil matters including personal injury, product liability, public tort liability, professional malpractice, intellectual property matters, business disputes, and labor and employment disputes.

Clients benefit from his wide range of litigation skills, including managing all aspects of mediation, arbitration, motion practice, discovery, site inspections, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.  Michael served as second chair for two medical malpractice jury trials.
