Joshua T.Cadden

Joshua Cadden is an Associate in Selman Leichenger Edson Hsu Newman & Moore's Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group. He represents clients in coverage-related disputes involving first-party and third-party claims.

Joshua has represented clients in disputes in the areas of commercial general liability, commercial automobile, homeowners, commercial property, professional liability, and excess coverage. He has experience handling breach of contract, bad faith, equitable contribution, rescission, and declaratory relief actions. He provides advice to clients regarding their insurance coverage obligations and prepares coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters. Joshua also represents and advises sureties with respect to dealer surety bond claims and lawsuits.
