Joshua Cadden is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance practice groups. He represents insurers in coverage-related disputes involving first-party and third-party claims.

Joshua has represented carriers in disputes with their insureds or co-insurers in the areas of commercial general liability, commercial automobile, homeowners, professional liability, and umbrella coverage. He has experience handling breach of contract, bad faith, equitable contribution, and declaratory relief actions. He provides advice to clients regarding their coverage obligations, and prepares coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters. Joshua works with large and mid-size companies throughout the United States, working closely with clients to achieve solutions to their legal needs. His experience provides him the ability to investigate legal issues, provide tactical advice, and litigate effectively.
