James Werner is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Orange County Office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Product Liability, and Toxic Tort/Environmental Practice Groups.  James represents his clients in personal injury lawsuits, major property damage, and claims involving multiple tortfeasors.  James’ clients include ridesharing companies, insurance carriers, and a variety of small businesses. He also has experience in defending clients in disputes that involve breach of contract, fraud, and product liability.

James’ extensive experience in Commercial Litigation provides him a unique ability to provide an aggressive and efficient defense to his clients.  He works closely with Clients  and provides an involved, client-focused emphasis on case-handling to serve his client’s interests.
