Gregory Rosse is Of Counsel in Selman Breitman’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Toxic Tort/Environmental practice group. He represents manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in complex personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases. Greg’s clients include product manufacturers, contractors, and premises owners. He also has experience in representing contractors and product manufacturers in disputes that involve multi-party construction defect litigation.

Greg’s extensive experience in Toxic Tort/Environmental provides him the ability handle all aspects of complex cases, from initial evaluation and discovery through trial. His experience includes having started over 20 trials which settled favorably prior to verdict and 10 trials to verdict in Northern and Southern California as well as Washington State. He works closely with clients, general counsel and insurance representatives to ensure that matters are investigated and litigated in a manner most beneficial to each client’s interests. 

Originally from Nebraska,Greg attended University and Law School in California. When not helping clients with their legal needs he spends time traveling by motorcycle in the U.S. and Asia.
