Alfredo E. Diaz is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group. He represents insurers in insurance coverage and coverage litigation, including cases arising out of breach of contract, professional negligence and malpractice, and regulatory compliance. Alfredo's clients include national and international insurance carriers.

Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Alfredo earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he co-authored the book Understanding and Negotiating Book Publication Contracts (2018). He received his B.A. from the University of Miami, with majors in Psychology, Philosophy, and Classics. When not helping clients with their legal needs, he spends time traveling, playing soccer, weightlifting, enjoying ancient Roman literature and poetry, and stargazing with his telescope.
