Selman Breitman Welcomes New Associates Cindy Tran and Landon Greene

Cindy Q. Tran is the newest Associate in the firm's Orange County office, working with the General Liability and Toxic Tort/Environmental practice groups.

In her prior position as an in-house defense counsel for an insurance company, Cindy obtained significant trial experience. Prior to law school, she worked as a Financial Analyst and Management Consulting Analyst. Her diverse experiences have helped her understand the varying of needs of business and the importance of tailoring her practice to the needs of the client.

While earning her J.D. at UCLA School of Law, she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Women's Law Journal and clerked for the United States Department of Justice.  Cindy holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Irvine and an M.B.A. in Finance from UC Riverside.

Landon J. Greene has joined the Insurance practice in Los Angeles. After spending two summers as a Law Clerk with Selman Breitman's Toxic Tort/Environmental and Products Liability practice groups, he now returns as an Associate working in the firm's Insurance practice.

His diverse work history includes a position as a Compliance Management Associate with Citigroup Inc. in New York, where he provided regulatory advice on corporate compliance matters to various groups within Citi. He worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Litigation Center, as a Judicial Intern for Judge Marian Blank Horn at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and as a Legal Intern at the SEC.

Landon earned his B.S. from Marist College, and his J.D., with honors, at the George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Mock Trial Board and the Editor-in-Chief of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, Vol. 24.
