Noted Toxic Tort and Products Defense Partner Joins Seattle Office

Selman Breitman LLP is pleased to welcome Richard D. Ross to the firm as a Partner in our new and growing Seattle office.

Richard will be working with the firm's Toxic Tort/Environmental, Products Liability, and General Liability Practice Groups. His years of experience as a toxic tort and products/general liability defense litigator enhances our Seattle office's capabilities in the areas of complex defense, environmental and toxic tort.

Richard graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law in 2000. He is currently licensed in Washington and California, and will soon be admitted in Oregon as well. He will join our four other Seattle-based lawyers, and will work closely with our California toxic tort department. 

Richard's diverse expertise extends to speaking engagements and writings on topics such as the admissibility of digital media and internet investigations, as well as the Housing for Older Persons Act, Medicare Secondary Payer Act, and the admissibility of expert testimony under the Frye standard.
