Katelin Aghel and Tamara Fisher Join Selman Breitman's Insurance Practice
The firm welcomes two new Associates to its Insurance practice group in Los Angeles.
Tamara J. Fisher graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and worked as a Judicial Clerk in the United States District Court. She earned her B.A. in Political Science (Global and International Studies) from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Katelin S. Aghel earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in History.
Katelin and Tamara represent insurance carriers in disputes with their insureds, including cases arising out of commercial general liability. Their practice includes the preparation of coverage opinions, reservations of rights and declination letters, as well as the litigation of insurance coverage matters, including declaratory relief, equitable contribution, and bad faith claims.
