Peter Mintzer Speaks on Environmental and Pollution Liability at SEIP Conference
Seattle Partner Peter J. Mintzer was a speaker at the SEIP Executive Summit Conference in Atlanta.
In a session entitled, "Emerging Claims and Coverage Issues Under Pollution Liability Policies," the panelists discussed emerging claims and coverage issues arising in the current era of pollution and environmental liability policies. Topics included the scope of coverage under pollution policies, the interaction of pollution policies with other lines of coverage, and emerging issues under pollution policies. Peter was joined by co-panelists M. Claire Juliana (AON), Kathleen Olear (Markel), Barry Gerstein (Aspen), and Brian Margolies (Traub Lieberman).
