Elaine Fresch to Speak at National Conference on Equine Law
Los Angeles Partner Elaine K. Fresch will speak at the 33rd Annual National Conference on Equine Law, to be held on May 2-3, 2018, at Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, Kentucky.
In a session entitled, "Socially Conflicted," Elaine and co-presenters George H. Elser and Philip Kabler will discuss a number of issues relating to conflicts of interest and social media. This session is sponsored by the American College of Equine Attorneys.
Elaine will also participate in the conference's closing session, "Equine Law's Greatest Cases – Volume IV," in which several industry professionals are each given eight minutes to discuss one key equine case. Elaine's co-presenters in this session will be Kerry O. Irwin, Philip N. Kabler, Amelia Sandot, and Nick Nicholson.
The Office of Continuing Legal Education of the University of Kentucky sponsors the National Conference on Equine Law to provide instruction to legal professionals on issues affecting breeding, buying, selling, owning, racing, and other operations in the horse industry.
