Savannah Montanez is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group. She represents insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, including cases arising out of auto, homeowners, and commercial general liability policies. Savannah’s clients include regional, national, and international insurance companies. Her practice includes preparing coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination of coverage letters, as well as assisting in litigation. She works closely with clients and claims representatives to craft practical solutions to their disputes.

Savannah is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review and externed for the Honorable Justice William S. Dato of the California Court of Appeal.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she presently resides in the East Bay with her husband. When not helping clients with their legal needs, Savannah spends her time exploring all that the Bay has to offer—great food, natural parks, and everything in between.
