Sang Oh is a Senior Associate in Selman Breitman’s Seattle office and a member of the firm’s Toxic Tort/Environmental, Trucking & Transportation, and General Liability practice groups.  He represents clients in disputes involving tort liability, including cases arising out of negligence, wrongful death, product liability, asbestos, and other toxic tort/environmental exposures.  Sang's clients include insurance companies, small/large business owners, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, premises owners, and commercial construction companies.

Beginning his career as a trial attorney for a criminal defense law firm, Sang tried more than 20 cases in six different courts throughout Washington State within his first three years of practice.  From there, he became a trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company then State Farm Insurance Company before joining Selman Breitman.  While with Allstate and State Farm, Sang individually managed more than 200 cases through negotiation, mediation, summary judgment, arbitration, and trial.  His practice included defending the insurance companies in first-party lawsuits as well as the insureds in third-party lawsuits in general liability, premises liability, and bodily injury claims.

Sang is originally from South Korea and has lived in the greater Seattle area for the vast majority of his life. When not helping clients with their legal needs, he enjoys playing and watching all types of sports and spending time with family and friends.
