Damian L.Palombi

Damian Palombi is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Insurance practice group. He advises insurance carriers in  first-party and third-party coverage-related matters, including those arising out of sexual misconduct, real estate, construction defect, professional liability, and intellectual property. Damian also represents insurance carriers in insurer-insured and inter-insurer coverage disputes. His practice includes the preparation of coverage opinions, reservations of rights and declination letters, as well as the litigation of insurance coverage matters.

Damian’s considerable experience in insurance law enables him to effectively and efficiently investigate and analyze novel and complex coverage issues. He works closely with clients  to carefully craft strategies which minimize risk and serve his client’s short and long-term interests. 

Originally from San Francisco, Damian current resides in Los Angeles with his fiancée.  When not helping clients with their legal needs he spends his time playing guitar, snowboarding, surfing, and working on DIY projects.
