Cindy Tran is an Associate in Selman Breitman’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental, and Employment practice groups. Cindy represents national corporations, insurance carriers, and small business owners in the defense of personal injury suits and employment- and labor law-related matters.

In her previous position as in-house defense counsel for an insurance company, Cindy obtained significant trial experience and learned to provide efficient and quality legal service to a myriad of clients. Cindy also has extensive experience in litigating cases before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Through her aggressive and efficient case handling, she has won several "take-nothing trials" as the first-chair attorney.

Prior to attending law school, Cindy worked as a Financial Analyst and a Management Consulting Analyst.  Her diverse experiences have helped her understand the varying of needs of business and the importance of tailoring her practice to the needs of the client.

While earning her J.D. at UCLA School of Law, Cindy served as Editor-in-Chief for the Women's Law Journal and clerked for the United States Department of Justice.  She holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Irvine and an M.B.A. in Finance from UC Riverside. When not helping clients with their legal needs, she spends her time practicing Pilates and exploring new restaurants.
