Aaron D. Costa is Of Counsel in Selman Breitman’s San Francisco Office and is a Member of the firm’s Toxic Tort/Environmental, Products Liability, General Liability and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.  Aaron represents businesses in products liability cases, arising out of exposure to potentially toxic materials or defective products. Aaron’s clients include construction contractors, heavy equipment manufacturers, electrical component manufacturers, adhesive manufacturers and gaskets manufacturers. He also has experience in defending property owners in landlord/tenant disputes and defending individuals in personal injury actions.

Aaron’s considerable experience in Toxic Tort/Environmental and Products Liability provides him a unique ability to defend the interests of his clients throughout all phases of litigation, from the onset of discovery through trial.  He works closely with Business Owners and Insurers to manage complex litigation in many jurisdictions in a large variety of personal injury cases involving toxic exposures and allegedly defective products. 

Aaron is originally from Oregon City, Oregon and presently resides in Walnut Creek, California with his wife and two children. When not helping clients with their legal needs he spends time coaching baseball and riding motorcycles with his family.
